By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

These terms cover the public website only. If your organisation uses the NeuralClean apps or portals, that use is governed by the agreement between your organisation and NeuralSignal, and those terms take priority over these.

Using the website

You may use this website to learn about NeuralClean, to contact us and to sign in to the portals if you have an account. You must not:

• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, the portals, our servers or any connected system;
• interfere with how the website works, including by introducing viruses or by sending excessive automated requests;
• use the contact form to send unsolicited marketing, or to send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.

We may suspend or withdraw the website, or any part of it, at any time.

Accounts for the portals and apps

Accounts are created by your organisation or by us. Keep your password, PIN and devices secure, and tell your organisation or us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Information on this website

The content of this website is general information about NeuralClean. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but features change and the website does not form part of any contract. The screenshots show demonstration data, not real schools or people. A quote from us is an invitation to discuss, and becomes binding only when we have both agreed it in writing.

Intellectual property

We own, or are licensed to use, the content of this website and the NeuralClean name, logo and software. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you must not copy, change or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Where this website links to other websites, those links are for your information only. We are not responsible for the content of those websites.
